The final five shots of heaven

It’s time for archery. Eerrch, twang went the string,my arm was sore as i waited to see my results.

It was clear that it missed now it was time for my next shot. Shoom went the arrow as it flew through the air and it went right over the top. It was really annoying poouw what was that awful stench. The smell of wet grass, rotten wood and soaking dirt was rapidly filling my nostrils. I thought to myself and said block out the smell and move on so thats exactly what i did. It was time for my second to last shot i had to make these last two count oh no i let it go to early. It didn’t have quite enough power bowowoying off the target. It was my last one “come on” i said woosh it flew through the air. A BULLSEYE! YAY my last shot and i got a bullseye I was so amazed finally it stuck into the target. But wait another arrow i must have been insane. “Ok someone
needed to pinch me” i said no not literally . Lets do this as i stretched my arm back really didn’t care if i got a bullseye or not. so i let it fly and i shot it randomly. It went out to the side and missed completely but it really didn’t matter anyway. I just left and felt happy i had even got one on the target.

Savage Storm

Crash,bang,boom Zip,zap,zoom
I hear the roar from the bears above.
Thunder roars like the engine of a NASCAR starting a race.
Dark black clouds fill up the night sky, spewing out hail and rain covering my trail.
I run inside and into bed.
Rain water trickles down my head and onto my pillow.
Lightning flashes, like the flicker of a torch across my room, making the night sky glow with fear.
The sour sting of hail taps at my window like someone is desperately wanting to come in.
The
center of the storm surrounds our house.
Slowly it starts to fade away.
Finally the storm passes but the last thing I hear in the distance is another crash, bang, boom, zip, zap, zoom.
